Enter the relaxing lobby of Fuji Sushi & Steakhouse, where you’ll be greeted by a Koi pond and beautiful Japanese décor. For a high-energy dining experience, choose the Hibachi / Teppanyaki grill room and watch a skilled spatula twirling chef cook right in front of you, or you can select the dining room with authentic Japanese cuisine in a comfortable booth. Sushi bar, full bar, and a lounge are also available.

7 – 9:00pm
Enjoy one of the many professional entertainment options from either Pioneer Place on Fifth or the Paramount Theatre.
