Minnesota Renaissance Festival 2018

Open Weekends: Mid-August – Early October
Labor Day & Festival Friday (Rain or Shine)

Bring your groups to the largest Renaissance Festival in the United States! With endless shopping, nonstop entertainment, never-ending food, demos, themed weekends, and the feeling you’ve stepped back in time, there is never a dull moment here in Shakopee, MN. The festival offers special group rates and picnic packages, all in a unique renaissance village setting.

Endless Shopping
Talk about a unique shopping experience! The shops at the Minnesota Renaissance Festival contain many handmade wares, such as jewelry, pottery, worked wood, leatherwork, paintings, hand-blown glass and fine metal craftsmanship. With over 250 shops, there is something for every interest!

Entertainment
The entertainment is like no other. At any given time of the day, your groups can sit on rough-cut wooden benches and engage in the many entertainment opportunities. Watch daily jousting competitions, comedians, knife jugglers, or better yet, join them on stage to be publicly humiliated! Some well known performers include Puke & Snot, the magic and comedy act of Penn & Teller, and the Dew Drop Jugglers.

Artisan Demos
See how resident artists create such beautiful, diverse, and colorful products at the festival! Look for demos throughout the day, including pottery throwing, painting, jewelry making, glass blowing, and so much more.

Picnic Packages
All-inclusive picnic packages are a popular option for group events during the festival. Four different packages are available for large groups and can accommodate any type of event you plan to host. The Picnic Package includes: admission into the festival, two hours under one of their tents, group name listed on the broadsheet, and a buffet lunch including hot dogs, hamburgers, coleslaw, seasonal fruit and cookies.

Save on admission by purchasing through group sales! For more information contact the Minnesota Renaissance Festival at 952-445-7361 or email groupsales@renaissancefest.com.
